In our 30 day fitness and nutrition challenge we’ve been talking about good fats and bad fats and the subject always seems to be a hot topic. Some of that old information around saturated fats being bad for the body continues to creep in from the 80s low fat scare and still tends to haunt us. Also, there have been more recents studies claiming that well-known “good fats” such as coconut oils may be just as bad as the “bad fats.”
